Delete your MicNoter data

Open MicNoter, go to Settings, select Account and privacy, and choose Delete account. Review the confirmation, then confirm the request. You may need to sign in again to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@micnoter.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account deletion request" in the subject. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership. This web method requests deletion of both the MicNoter account and its associated user data.

Deletion covers your profile, recordings, uploaded media, transcripts, summaries, note conversations, and other user-owned content associated with the account. Content you shared may no longer be available through its share link.

Limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, billing, or dispute resolution. Residual encrypted backups may persist for a limited period before routine deletion. Retained data remains protected and is not used for ordinary product activity.

Deleting an account does not always cancel a subscription purchased through Apple, Google Play, or another billing provider. Cancel the subscription in the store or payment account where you purchased it to prevent future renewal.
