You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for obtaining any consent required before recording or uploading a conversation.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant MicNoter a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.

Do not use the service to violate law or privacy rights; record people without required consent; infringe intellectual property; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; misrepresent AI output; or facilitate harm, fraud, or abuse.

Transcripts, summaries, speaker labels, action items, and answers are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are informational tools, not professional advice or an authoritative record. Review output before relying on or sharing it.

Paid features may be offered through web or mobile subscriptions. Pricing, billing period, trial terms, and renewal details are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the platform where they were purchased. Refunds follow the applicable store or payment-provider rules.

Mobile subscriptions are purchased through Apple or Google Play and are also subject to the applicable store terms. The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These service terms supplement, and do not replace, mandatory consumer protections or applicable store terms.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create risk for users or the service. You may stop using MicNoter at any time and request account deletion.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect AI output. To the extent permitted by law, MicNoter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
